Rights & Obligations

Company Rights

• Terminate the rental if the vehicle is used in violation of these Terms or in an unsafe, illegal, or improper manner.

Company Responsibilities

• Provide the vehicle in good technical condition.
• Provide all necessary vehicle documents.
• Provide mandatory insurance (OSAGO).
• Cover major repairs not caused by the renter.

Renter Rights

• Receive the vehicle at the agreed date, time, and location.

Renter Responsibilities

• Inform the Company immediately in case of accident, damage, theft, or damage caused to third parties.
• If unable to contact the Company, contact the insurance provider if required.
• Keep the vehicle in proper condition during the rental period.
• Use the vehicle only on public roads and in normal driving conditions. Off-road driving is prohibited.
• Cover all operating expenses, including fuel, parking, toll roads, and other usage-related costs.
• Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
• Do not transfer the vehicle to any third party without the Company’s prior consent.
• Do not sublease the vehicle.
• Do not use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances.
• Pay all traffic fines and penalties incurred during the rental period.
• Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition, normal wear and tear accepted.

Rental Payment

• Rental payment is charged for the agreed rental period.
• No refund is provided for unused rental days or hours in case of early return.

Rental Period & Extension

• The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date and time.
• If the vehicle is not returned on time, the rental period is automatically extended.
• The renter agrees to pay for all additional time used until the vehicle is actually returned.
• If the vehicle is not returned at the end of the rental period, the Company may request the return of the vehicle.
• The renter must return the vehicle within 2 hours of such request.
• All outstanding rental charges must be paid in full.

Insurance

• The vehicle is covered by mandatory insurance (OSAGO), which covers damage caused to third parties within legal limits.
• If the renter is not at fault and the insurance company confirms coverage, no damage charges apply.
• If the renter is at fault in an accident, damage caused to third parties is covered within insurance limits.
• Any amount exceeding the insurance limit must be paid by the renter.
• Without CASCO insurance, the renter is fully responsible for damage to the rented vehicle.
• With CASCO insurance, the renter’s liability is limited to a 100,000 AMD deductible.
• The deductible may be covered by the security deposit.
• Any damage exceeding this amount is covered by the insurance company, subject to insurance approval and policy conditions.
• With Super CASCO insurance, no security deposit is required.
• With Super CASCO insurance, the deductible is 0 AMD, and damage to the rented vehicle is fully covered by the insurance company, subject to compliance with these Terms and insurance policy conditions.
• Insurance coverage may become void in case of violation of these Terms, including driving under the influence, allowing an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle, failure to report an accident or damage in due time, or leaving the scene of an accident.

Liability

• If the renter allows an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle, the Company may charge a penalty of up to 100,000 AMD.
• In such case, insurance coverage may become void.
• In case of late return, delay up to 1 hour is free.
• After 1 hour, a late fee of 4,000 AMD per hour applies.
• If the late fee exceeds the daily rental rate, a full extra day is charged.
• Each additional 24 hours counts as a new rental day.
• If the renter fails to return the vehicle after the Company’s request, the Company may charge a penalty of up to 100,000 AMD.
• If the renter drives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fails to report an accident or damage immediately, or leaves the scene of an accident, insurance coverage becomes void.
• In such cases, the renter shall be fully liable for all damages, losses, and related expenses.
• If the vehicle is damaged due to the renter’s fault or violation of these Terms, the renter may be responsible for reasonable compensation for vehicle downtime during repair.
• The renter is responsible for loss of vehicle keys or documents.

Other Conditions

• Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
• Cross-border travel, including travel to Georgia, is allowed only with prior written permission from the Company.
• These Terms & Conditions become effective from the moment the booking is confirmed or the vehicle is received.
• The rental may be terminated by either party by notifying the other party via the contact details provided during booking or published on the Company’s official website, including phone, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• The rental is considered terminated only after the vehicle is actually returned to the Company.
• The renter must pay all charges accrued up to the moment of termination.
• All notifications sent via such contact details are considered valid.
